When the heroes leave the Ducal Residence after the audience with Duke Growin, there is a Ferdok City Watchman standing beside the fountain at the marketplace in the Ducal Citadel, cussing at the fountain and at Ugosh the dwarf engineer.
The watchman asks the party to help him repair The Broken Fountain.
