Runkel Bagthumper is a candidate thief and a friend of Dranor. You can find him in Avestrue and later in Wagoner's Home in Ferdok, if you don't give him the final note with the message for the thieves guild before leaving Avestrue.

• If you meet him again at the Wagoner's Home east gate, he will ask 15D for the password to the thieves guild. But that's a waste of money, as you already know the password if you read the note yourself.
